CORONAVIRUS Update

Post date: Mar 18, 2020 10:18:14 PM

Dear Residents,

you should have received a letter from our Strata Managers of our building. By now you will be aware of the threat posed by the coronavirus SARS-CoV-2 to the well-being of residents of Lexington. We urge that you do whatever you can to minimise the spread of this virus to our buildings.

The media has given extensive coverage of this pandemic, including advice as to what we, as individuals, can do regarding hand hygiene, social distancing, etc and we regard it as important that

we all act on this advice. The Strata Committee are taking steps which can be made in order to reduce the risk of contamination. With the help of cleaning staff, we are increasing the cleanliness

levels of all common area touch-points; eg. door handles, handrails, lift call buttons, etc. If you have been diagnosed with COVID-19 by a doctor after having received a positive test for SARS-CoV-2, please let the building manager know, so we can ensure some extra attention is being paid to your building in regards to wiping down common area touch points.

Meetings of the Strata Committee are to be held via email. and possible other remote and electronic means.

We stress that the danger is real, and that we owe it to other residents of the building to do what we can to maximise our mutual safety. Attached please find a flyer regarding the virus.

We strongly recommend residents not using the gym or meeting room during this time.

We thank you for your co-operation with the above and wish you good health over the coming months.

Your Strata Committee
