Gym and the Meeting Room Closure

Dear Residents,

We write to you as Strata Managers of the subject building. By now you will be aware of the threat posed by the coronavirus to the well-being of residents of Lexington. We urge that you do whatever you can to minimise the spread of this virus to our buildings.

We wish to advise you that as per Government recommendations we have closed the Gym and the Meeting room for the safety of all Lexington residents.

We kindly ask that you familiarise yourself with the rules and restrictions that have been put in place by the Government. We have attached a document for your consideration.
