BBQ and Activity Booking

ONLINE BOOKING SYSTEM (new via MYBOS)

1. Please ensure you have read and can agree to some general Terms and Conditions (click here), before booking any of the venues.

   1. To check the availability of the venues, BBQ or Activity Room, please go to the online Booking Calendar (click here). Select the day you wish to make the booking for.

      • You will have to be enrolled with MYBOS. If you do not have any MYBOS login, please approach the Building Manager and get setup.

   2. If you you only booked the BBQ and do not need any swipe card, you are now done.

   3. If you booked the Community Room (with or without the BBQ) and require the swipe card for access, you will need to pick up the key from the Building Manager's Office during posted business hours.
