• • LED lights now installed across the site, including corridors, garbage rooms, fire stairs, plant rooms and BBQ.

  • Hot water tempering valves are being replaced, and have changed plumbing services to a local and less costly company.

  • Water leak repairs in block A have been completed.

  • Damaged bollard near top car park has been repaired.

  • Block C lift outages have not been resolved, waiting on report from Thyssen Krupp
